A methodology is instantiated and materialized by a set of methods, techniques and tools. At Baryons, methodologies play an integral role in performing our day to day operations. Our teams understand and follows the well laid out processes and milestones based delivery approach.

We are strong at using AGILE software development involving the iterative and incremental development. Our teams demonstrate high degree of flexibility in requirements and solutions definition evolving through collaboration with the client's team, at the same time ensuring that we move on with the design and build.

Baryons team has a classical approach to Software Development i.e. total adherence to Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Though we follow AGILE mode of development but we scruplously ensure that SDLC steps are completed in all respect to ensure the complete and qualified completion of projects undertaken.
