Dreams do come true if we live them with determination and unwavering focus. This has been my experience working with all of you, my colleagues and our patrons, in making Baryons a great place to work and grow, making this organization world class in all respects, from engineering leadership to organizational excellence encompassing software engineering to organizational functions.
It gives me immense pleasure to announce that we have organized ourselves quite well as far as operations, processes, and team formation is concerned. We have achieved distinct level of delegation and hierarchical structure in the recent past.
We have been able to streamline delivery teams by successfully deploying SMEs, system analysts, whom we refer to as customer interface (CIF) and engineering delivery lead, i.e., delivery interface (DIF) at Baryons, under well-defined delivery program management performed by the delivery program manager (DPM).
We have concluded the annual appraisal process involving 50 members where in 20 members have performed the appraiser role and around ten members have been involved for moderation. The successful implementation of the appraisal process signifies the growth of the professional hierarchy and maturity of the team within the organization.
In the coming quarters, we aim to stringently measure productivity and defects in our delivery, so that a factual and quantified view of engineering delivery excellence can be taken and our delivery standards are raised to the next level. This is to achieve customer delight every time and all the time.
To strengthen Baryons’ edge in engineering delivery and keep on building the technology depth continuously, we are now institutionalizing the learning and development program aimed at continuous learning and skill development.
We have also been able to resurrect and strengthen the sales & marketing and recruitment teams in order to increase outreach in the market and reduce the turn-around time to cater to customer interest. This investment has resulted in the increased number of the clients and projects. This effort will add another dimension of success where we expect to achieve commendable growth in near future.
Towards this end, we have revamped our website to reflect our continuous involvement in newer technologies like big data, IoT, etc. We share our ideas and blogs on the corporate site to better inform the markets.
In order to increase Baryons' outreach, we have planned to participate in a calendar of events, workshops and conferences and showcase newer technology/solutions framework. In the month of May, we participated in a major IT industry event “Smart Data Summit 2016” at Dubai where Baryons’ offerings were well received by the participants and received lot of encouragement. At the same time, we got the opportunity to know contemporary and emerging trends which gave us confidence in building strong alliances and customer base in the near future in this geography.
We are working towards establishing our reach in Middle East, Singapore, South East Asia, and USA in immediate future.

From the beginning, Baryon is committed to delivering world-class technology solutions to its customers. Baryons' Newsletter will share the company's strategic direction, plans, technology interests, and company news from time to time.
